At The Curve Co, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a free return and one-time full refund on eligible products.

To request a return, you must send us a video of the product while unboxing it to show any damage, defect, or wrong item received. Once we receive your request, our team will take 2 days to process and verify the video. If approved, your return will be accepted.

After approval, the return process will be initiated and may take 7–8 business days for the product to be picked up and the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Free refunds are applicable only once per order. Additional return requests for the same order may not be accepted.
