Return & Refund Eligibility
We provide a return and refund facility to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, missing item, or defective item, you can request a return or refund within 48 hours of delivery. Any request raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement
Return or refund will be approved only with proper proof. For that, a clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. However, do not send the video while filing the complaint. The unboxing video will be submitted only after our support team contacts you via WhatsApp or Email.

How to File a Complaint
To request a return or refund, you must visit our Contact/Support page and submit a complaint form with your Order ID and issue details. Once your complaint is submitted, our team will review it and contact you to collect video proof.

Video Submission Process
After your complaint is registered, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp or Email. Only then you must share your unboxing video which clearly shows:

Parcel condition before opening

Shipping label

Parcel opening in one single clip

Product issue/defect clearly visible

Approval of Return or Refund
Once we receive your video proof, our support team will verify your complaint. Approval will be given within 24 hours. If your claim is valid, your return or refund request will be processed. If the video is unclear or edited, the request may be rejected.

Pickup & Return Process
After approval, a reverse pickup from your address will be arranged within 7–10 business days. The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice. If anything is missing, the return will be rejected.

Refund Timeline
After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be done via UPI or bank transfer.
